Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
SunAge Inc. (“SunAge,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sunage.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site, not to the separate agreements that govern client engagements.
The short version
- The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
- We only receive personal information you choose to send us, such as an email about a project.
- We never sell or rent your information.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, such as your company, phone number, or project details.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs when pages are requested. These logs include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. They are used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels, or other tracking technologies. Fonts and images are served from our own Site rather than from third-party services.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work together.
- To operate, maintain, and protect the security of the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
If you contact us, we may follow up about your inquiry. We will not add you to marketing communications unless you ask us to, and you can opt out of any follow-up at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Microsoft Azure) and email provider, who may process information only on our behalf.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SunAge, our clients, or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, if any.
- Correct or update that information.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of any further contact from us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond to requests in line with those laws and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
